Redesigned the Amazon Flex driver experience to improve route efficiency, reduce cognitive load, and better support real-world delivery conditions.

Through user research and journey mapping, I identified key pain points in navigation, stop sequencing, and delivery workflows. This led to a complete end-to-end solution including route optimization, real-time navigation, package scanning, and delivery confirmation.

The final design introduces flexible stop reordering, improved map visibility, clearer delivery flows, and a responsive light/dark UI system optimized for drivers on the move.

The result is a faster, more intuitive delivery experience that enables drivers to make confident decisions under pressure.
